Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Pelvic Health is a specialized kind of physical therapy to relieve the symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction and help the muscles work the way they should. This includes exercises that help reduce chronic pelvic pain and/or helps to improve other pelvic dysfunction such as bowel and bladder problems (urgency, leakage, frequency, constipation).

Symptoms of Pelvic Dysfunction:

  • Frequently needing to use the bathroom
  • Straining or pushing hard to pass a bowel movement
  • Leaking stool or incontinence
  • Frequent or painful urination
  • Lower back pain with no known cause
  • Ongoing pain in the pelvic region, genitals or rectum
  • Pain with intercourse
The Patient Experience

Patients are greeted by Amber Chewning in the waiting room and brought to a private space where they receive one-on-one care. Ubylee Rehabilitation prioritizes patient comfort and works with patients to create a personalized treatment plan in order to reach their goals. Amber has a passion for providing meaningful education for everyone and always says “there are no bad questions!” Family members or friends are welcome to join.
