managing and treating injury and chronic pain patients.  Ubylee has developed comprehensive rehabilitation services directed at improving the quality of lives of these patients and their families.

Medical Director

  • Graduated from The Medical College of Ohio in 1986.
  • Board Certified Anesthesiologist with over 28 years' experience performing clinical Anesthesiology services, managing chronic pain and providing total comprehensive rehabilitation services for injured patients.
  • Dr. Marino previously held dual Chair Positions as Chief of Anesthesiology and Director of Pain Management Services at Lexington Memorial Hospital in Lexington, NC.

  • Graduated from Quinnipiac University with a degree in Occupational Therapy in 1999.
  • She chose to pursue an additional 5,000 hours of direct, specialized hand therapy services and advanced training residencies and obtained licensure as a Certified Hand Therapist.
  • Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) and Post-Offer Employment Testing (POET) Specialist.

Spanish Speaking Therapist

Yesenia Stavros is an Occupational Therapist OTR/L who graduated from Florida International University with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Yesenia has 6 years of experience in Outpatient Rehabilitation. Her focus has been in Hand Therapy, and she is currently working toward her Certified Hand Therapy Certification. She is trained in Casting Motion to Mobilize Stiffness and Orthotic Fabrication. She is also certified and trained in performing Work Conditioning and Functional Capacity Evaluations. Yesenia is bilingual and fluent in Spanish, providing care to the hispanic population that allows quality patient care. Yesenia lives in Charlotte with her husband, Nick, and daughter, Audrey. She enjoys hiking and spending time at the beach in the summers with her family.

Gabrielle Troutman, LCSW

Gabrielle Troutman, LCSW is a psychotherapist residing in Matthews, NC. She graduated from Winthrop University with honors with her Masters in Social Work in 2018. Gabrielle has 10 years of experience working in healthcare, and 3 years with a focus on outpatient mental health. She specializes in working with people with chronic health conditions and enjoys helping patients find ways to live their lives to the fullest. She has worked with patients ranging from elementary school age to the elderly. Gabrielle uses a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral, mindfulness based practices, acceptance and commitment, and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques. Gabrielle will work closely with you to achieve your goals and help you feel your best.  

Julie Brace, PT, DPT

Julie Brace, PT, DPT

Julie Brace received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Elon University in 2019. While at Elon University, she was a four-year NCAA Division 1 soccer player. During her graduate studies at Elon, Julie gained experience working with NCAA Division 1 athletes in a number of sports – football, track, tennis and more – facilitating safe return to sport and optimal sport performance. She is a Certified Champion Performance Specialist (CP-S)and a Certified Therapist in Myofascial Trigger Point/Dry Needling (CMTPT/DN). She is also certified in Post-Concussion Management by the American Institute of Balance (AIB)
